Apparel Decorator

We specialize in screen printing, embroidery, and heat transfer decoration—and we’re looking for a skilled Apparel Decorator to join our production team.
Position Overview:
We’re hiring an Apparel Decorator who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced production environment. This position involves operating embroidery machines, screen printing presses, and applying heat transfers to garments and other materials.
Whether you’re experienced in all three areas or skilled in one and willing to learn the others, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial embroidery machines, screen printing presses (manual or automatic), and heat press equipment.
- Prepare artwork and garments for each decoration method.
- Align graphics for proper placement and consistent quality.
- Monitor production runs for accuracy and correct issues as needed.
- Maintain and clean equipment regularly.
- Assist with the inventory of inks, threads, backings, transfer materials, and supplies.
- Ensure timely production while meeting quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in embroidery, screen printing, or heat transfer preferred (cross-training available).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and with a team.
Schedule:
- Full-time or part-time roles available
- Monday–Friday, with occasional extended hours during peak seasons
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $16 – $22/hr (depending on experience and skills)
- Overtime available during high-volume periods
